Air Conditioning our local schools

The kids in our community deserve the best start in life, and that includes access to a great education in our local State schools.

That's why the Palaszczuk Government is investing record funding into schools across the State and supercharging our schools airconditioning program.

Across the State, this will create hundreds of jobs for Queensland tradies and provide a huge boost to the local economy, as we deliver our plan to recover from the economic impact of COVID-19.

In Springwood, Shailer Park State High School was first to benefit from the air-conditioning program, with Kimberley Park State School, Springwood Central State School, Chatswood Hills State School, Daisy Hill State School, Mount Cotton State School, Rochedale State School, Rochedale State High School, Shailer Park State High School, and Springwood State High School all benefitting as well.
